What we cater in East Brunswick
House parties, poojas and havans, birthdays, graduations, engagements, corporate lunches and full weddings. Trays start at small sizes for twenty-five guests and scale to two thousand five hundred, and the difference at the top end is not the food — it is the servers, the captain, the chafing and the plan for setup and cleanup.
Vegetarian, Jain, vegan and no-onion-no-garlic menus are ordinary requests here, not accommodations. Say it once when you enquire and the whole menu is planned around it rather than a dish being pulled at the end.
Where the food comes from
ChefWaala works with a network of Indian restaurant kitchens across New Jersey, so the cuisine is matched to your event rather than to whatever one kitchen happens to cook. A Gujarati engagement, an Andhra birthday and a North Indian wedding are three different kitchens, and we book the right one.
That also means a real answer on distance and timing. East Brunswick sits close enough to our Middlesex partners that hot food arrives hot and the tandoor items are not an hour old when they reach the table.
Halls, homes and back gardens
We cater in banquet halls, community centres, temples, offices and homes. If you have not booked a venue yet, we can point you at halls we work in regularly and know the kitchen access, parking and timing rules of — see the banquet hall pages for how that works.
For a home event, tell us about the kitchen and the table space. It changes what we bring: a garden party for eighty needs different equipment from sixty people through a dining room.

Frequently asked questions
How much is Indian catering in East Brunswick?
It depends on menu and service level rather than a flat per-head number. Tell us headcount, date and the kind of event and you will have an itemised price within 60 minutes, 9am to 9pm.
Do you provide servers and cleanup?
Yes. Events over a hundred guests get a named captain running the floor, with servers, chafing, setup and cleanup included so the host is a guest at their own event.
Can you do Jain or no-onion-no-garlic catering?
Yes, routinely — including a fully separate Jain section where the occasion calls for it. Tell us when you enquire so the menu is planned that way from the start.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable for a party, four to six weeks for a wedding. Short-notice events are often possible — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it properly.
