Poojas and havans, Navratri and Diwali gatherings, graduations, engagements, and weddings that run to several hundred. Montville and its neighbours also hold a steady run of association and cultural programmes that need catering to a schedule.
For large events we bring a named captain, servers, chafing and equipment, with setup and cleanup included so the family is not working their own party.
Menus and dietary lines
Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian and Mughlai menus are all available, matched to the family rather than the county. Jain, satvik and no-onion-no-garlic menus are planned as menus.
Mixed vegetarian and non-vegetarian events get separate lines and separate serving equipment as standard.
