Tamarind & Co. is an Indian fine dining restaurant at 1275 South River Road, Cranbury — a clay tandoor, slow-cooked gravies, dum biryani and a kitchen that cooks to order every night. They cater directly for trays, office lunches and family parties, which is what a restaurant kitchen can carry alongside a full dining room.
ChefWaala brings the part an event needs and a restaurant does not keep on hand: captains, servers, chafing and equipment, setup and cleanup, and a plan for a room we have not cooked in before. Together that covers events from twenty-five guests to two and a half thousand.
What it means for your event
