Home events with room to breathe
Properties here are large enough that most family events happen at home: a pooja in the morning, a lunch for forty, a graduation party that spreads into the garden. That is easier to cater well than a hall, provided the plan is made before the day rather than in the driveway.
We bring our own chafing, plan the buffet position, and keep the working footprint away from where guests are sitting.
When it moves to a hall
Weddings, engagements and the larger association events move to halls across Morris County, and those need coordination with the venue: access times, kitchen facilities, what the hall provides and what it does not, and who clears at the end. We deal with the venue directly.
Over a hundred guests, a named captain runs the floor. Under it, a smaller team is usually the right call and a cheaper one.
Getting the food up here hot
Randolph is a real drive from the Central Jersey kitchens, so we plan for it: partner kitchens that serve the county, dispatch timed to the event rather than the diary, hot boxes, and finishing on site where a dish needs it.
If a menu cannot be delivered to that standard at your distance, we will tell you and offer one that can.
